Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Our sizing chart is currently being finalized to help you find your best fit. Most KobiFit apparel runs true to size, but some styles like oversized tees or fitted leggings may vary slightly.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit or sizing down for a snug feel.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items with tags still attached. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or get store credit.

Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: At checkout, enter your discount code in the promo code field and click “Apply.” If the code is valid and meets the requirements (like minimum order amount), your discount will automatically be reflected in the total.

Q: I forgot to apply my discount code—can it still be used?
A: If you missed a valid code at checkout, email us at info@kobifitwear.com within 24 hours of your order—we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
A: Yes! If you didn’t receive your receipt by email, just message us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 — automatically applied at checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
Q: My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?
A: Sometimes tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. If it's been longer, email us at info@kobifitwear.com and we’ll look into it.
Q: My order says “delivered” but I didn’t get it — what should I do?
A: Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Please check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, email us—we’ll work with the carrier to try and resolve it, but we recommend using a secure delivery address.
Q: Can I make changes to my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at info@kobifitwear.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, we ship within the U.S. only.
Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A: Yes! Just make sure to enter the recipient's name and address at checkout. We don’t include prices on packing slips, so you're good to go.
Do you have restocks or limited drops?
A: Yes! Some collections are limited edition and may not restock. Follow us on Instagram @kobifitwear and subscribe to emails for drop alerts.
Q: Can I preorder sold-out items?
A: Select items may have preorder availability during restock cycles. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list for early access alerts.
Q: How do I care for my KobiFit gear?
A: To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend cold wash and air dry. Avoid high heat and bleach to protect logo prints and fabric stretch.
